What He Has Seen (Revelation 1:9-20)

Revelation 1:9–20 reveals a breathtaking vision of Jesus—not as tame or sentimental, but as the risen, reigning King whose glory overwhelms and whose voice commands. The call to “conquer” reminds us that we share with Christ not only in the gospel, but in suffering, endurance, and ultimate victory. Yet the same Jesus who causes John to fall as though dead also says, “Fear not.” This passage calls us to faithful endurance, anchored in the unshakable truth that because Christ has conquered, His people will not be conquered.
